Three of the beach houses are identical 4 bedroom houses, and one is a 7 bedroom house. The beautifully decorated and well maintained homes have a large modern well equipped kitchen, dining area and great room, as well as huge decks to enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean. You will love the third-level master suite in our 4 bedroom houses with king-size bed, color TV, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The 4 bedroom homes sleep 10 - 12 people, and the 7 bedroom home sleeps up to 16 people. All of our homes are fully furnished to make your stay pleasurable in every way. Ninety steps to the beach. All of our houses have high speed internet access, central air conditioning, at least 3 Cable TVs, DVDs, microwave, dishwasher, full modern kitchen stocked with all cookware and utensils, washing machine and dryer, covered parking, and huge decks with a gas grill and plenty of deck furniture overlooking the ocean.

Activities and Attractions
All amenities of our resort neighborhood are included with your rental. Following is a partial listing of the amenities: 1 mile of private beach, 24 hour gated security, olympic size outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, kidee waterpark area, tanning decks, arcade, ocean observation tower, basketball courts, beach volleyball, miniature golf, supervised children's programs, horseshoes, shuffle board, playgrounds, nature center, convenience store, snack bars, arcade, and a 17,000 sq. ft. Recreation Center. The neighborhood also offers golf cart, bike and paddle boat rentals, as well as discounts to area attractions and golf courses. This award winning resort provides a courteous staff and is really safe and fun for all ages. You can truly "let the kids go" and feel comfortable. The neighborhood is located in a nice residential area of Myrtle Beach, yet it is only a short 10 minute drive to the Pavillion area, the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, and other major attractions.

Our family had a ball! We loved our stay at the beach. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room. Although we had a short walk to the beach, our location was good. Great Vacation!!! What a great place. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was great. The website description is very accurate. This is a wonderful family oriented gated community. Everyone was so friendly from the time we entered the gates until we left. The owner called upon our arrival to make sure everything was OK. I found that to be a nice gesture. I would recommend the house and Ocean Lakes to anyone. The only thing I would do different is I would try a rent a golf cart from the home owner (it is cheaper than renting it through the resort).. They have lots of activities at the Recreation Center that are free. This was a great place to make memories with our children and grandchildren. vap warren, ohio
This was an great choice for us. The house was nice and clean, and we were steps from the beach. The resort where the house is located had so much for us to do without ever having to leave or spend extra money. We had a great time. We had seven adults and five children from ages 2 to 15yrs and there were plenty of things to keep us all happy and entertained. Great Vacation We had a great vacation. The house was very nice and extremely clean. The beach is beautiful and the neighborhood has so many amenities for the kids (and us older people). It is very close to all of the major Myrtle Beach attractions. Jeff was great to work with and was very helpful. We definitely recommend this vacation house. I'll be back! We enjoyed our week at the beach this year. Ocean Lakes has it all! The house was great-very spacious and clean. We loved staying in a gated- supervised community. Jeff, My family had a wonderful time at your home. The house was clean and comfortable and roomy. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space. PLUS Ocean Lakes is a wonderful resort. My grandchildren felt very 'sad' to leave and go back to Arkansas. My daughter and her family drove 1000 miles to share our family vacation and thought it was worth every mile. Pat
We had an excellent time in Myrtle Beach. The house is so close to the beach that we can see it from the decks. The community that the house was located in had good amenities. Everything was within a short drive from the house. The owner was helpful in answering my questions and reachable by phone. If you get a chance, try Carolina Roadhouse for dinner some night.
The Ocean Lakes house was great! My family had a wonderful time doing all of the great extra things to do (miniature golf, indoor and out door swimming pools, a great kiddie pool, arcades, snack bars, ping-pong, Bingo, and much more!) We had a great time and hope we can come back again!

This was the best vacation our family ever had. The house was gorgeous and very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has so many free activities for the kids - they had a blast. Great ocean view from the house and beautiful wide beach. The location is great - much nicer and less traffic than in the middle of downtown Myrtle Beach, but only about a five minute ride to all of the activities. Hi Jeff and Cindy, We had a great time at your beach houses. They are very nice, just like all the other reviews stated. We had lots of family from all over the eastern US meet for our family reunion, and it worked out great since you had several houses. They were all very clean and comfortable, and what a great location. All of the neighborhood ammenities kept everyone busy and the beach is georgeous.
